Great Affirmations for Great Health

 

My health means a lot to me, and I suspect your health means a lot to you as well. You can have all the money in the world, but it means nothing if you don’t have good health.

I worked in Long Term Care and Retirement Homes for years and heard so many of the residents wish they had taken better care of themselves. Many of them talked about a willingness to give up all of their financial wealth if they could only have better health.

To assist you in keeping or gaining good health you might consider using affirmations that help you manifest the level of health, physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual, that you desire.

Here are a few of them that I pulled together from a variety of sources. Use some, none, or all of them as you see fit. Modify them to your heart’s content. I personally use a number of them every day.

I am full of vitality, joy, and enthusiasm

I accept and love myself exactly the way that I am, and am co-creating a better me

I am sober, vibrant, and enthusiastic

I pray that all those experiencing poor health experience healing while accepting their illness or disability and allowing it to bring to them whatever wisdom is intended

My body has returned to its natural state of perfect health

I am open and receptive to the Divine’s healing spirit

I am safe, nurtured, and protected

I am a conduit for loving, healing energy and through me, it flows to all who need it, including myself

I am healed from all illness, ailments, and hurts, physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual

I give thanks for the wealth, health, friends, family, and laughter that surrounds me

I am great the way I am right now

I am incredibly deserving of love, great health, prosperity, and success

I get the help I need, when I need it, from various generous sources.

I am extremely healthy and attractive

I am beyond all addictions, habitual compulsions, and negative patterns of behavior

I am healed

I am a source/conduit of healing for all things/beings

I leave the doctor’s office feeling thrilled and happy about my great health, positive vital signs, perfect weight, and excellent bloodwork results which are much better than expected for my age and body type

I am fit and healthy, strong and flexible, sober and energetic, vibrant and mentally alert

Every day I exercise/work out/stretch and run/ bike daily, and experience refreshing and restful sleep each night.

I consume only quality nutrition, am well hydrated, and eat healthy meals and snacks that I have blessed with gratitude

I hold only positive thoughts and release all negative energy

My angels and spirit guides assist and support my good health throughout each day

This or something even better still.   For My Best and Highest Good and that of everyone around me. And so it is!  Thank You, Source.

Dream Life Manifestation: Creating Your Best Life Possible

 

This month, instead of writing my own blog, I have a guest blog for you. It’s by Heather Matthews,  a renowned Life Coach, author, and Law of Attraction teacher.

Simon was a senior accountant at a respectable manufacturing company for over two and a half decades until a major change happened in his life. For a long time, he was perfectly fine where he was. His job paid relatively well, while his wife was a high school biology teacher. They had three kids, and their oldest one had just started college. They weren’t fabulously rich by any stretch, but they got by and were grateful for what they had. And even though they had their ups and downs as a family, Simon’s life was, by all accounts, OK. You could even say he was happy with the life he’d built for himself.

However, Simon had this vague, nagging feeling inside of him that he couldn’t quite put his finger on. It had always been there even before he started his job and got married. It was a faint whisper that Simon ignored because he was busy raising his family and climbing the corporate ladder. But Simon got older, he found it harder and harder to brush it off. Now that Simon was almost in his fifties, he finally acknowledged that voice inside of him.

As a kid, Simon loved being in the kitchen because of his grandmother who had a passion for cooking. Simon had always looked up to his Granna (as he liked to call her), which was why he inherited her love for making homemade treats. Simon had a bit of a sweet tooth, so he loved making all sorts of desserts – which of course, his Granna taught him how to do. Simon was great at making pies, cookies, brownies, cupcakes and just about everything else you could stick in an oven. He made treats for his family all the time and even helped out at bake sales at school.

After high school, Simon wanted to become a pastry chef. He already had a culinary school picked out and the restaurant where Simon was going to work part-time. But life had other plans for him. His career path took a detour because Simon’s father pressured him to pursue a more “stable” line of work.

After Simon discovered the principles of the Law of Attraction, it pushed him to take the plunge. He used specific techniques that blasted through a lot of barriers in his mind that held him back. Simon gradually built the mental power to power through decades of negative beliefs and revive his old dream.

It only took him less than a year to put everything together. Simon handed in his resignation letter, got a loan, and added that to some savings he had left over. Then he put himself through culinary school in spite of the fears in the back of his mind. Simon also worked as a part-time apprentice at a restaurant to learn the ropes and get his feet wet. At the same time, Simon got busy baking and started selling his goods to his friends and neighbors. Thanks to social media, word quickly got around and soon he got his old buddies to help him keep up with the increasing demand for his sweet treats.

Most people think that the Law of Attraction is a magic bullet that fixes everything at the drop of a hat. But it’s actually  a way of life that puts you on the path to greatness. To make it happen, you’ll need to build a set of habits – only then will you be ready to walk on this path.

The Vacuum Law of Prosperity

 

I was recently re-reading the book called The Dynamic Laws of Prosperity by Catherine Ponder. I was once again very impressed by her chapter on “The Vacuum Law of Prosperity” where she talks about the fact that nature abhors a vacuum. Why does someone who is trying very hard to be prosperous, thinking along prosperous lines, and taking steps towards achieving his or her goals continue to fail? Well, it is likely the fact that she/he needs to invoke this vacuum law of prosperity.

Basically, that law states that if you want greater good and greater prosperity in your life you need to create a vacuum for receiving it. In other words, you need to get rid of what you don’t want to make room for that what you do want. For example, getting rid of furniture in your house, clothes in your closet, and people in your life to make room for something new and better. You need to release and let go of something to make room for the “new thing”. New things do not flow easily into a situation, house, or closet which is cluttered and crowded.

This law applies not only in the physical plane of life, but in the spiritual and mental planes as well. So, let’s talk about forgiveness. Forgiveness is the process which forms a vacuum and allows for new good to rush in. Often, when a stubborn problem does not resolve itself, it’s because there is the need for forgiveness. You see, it’s important to let go of fixed ideas, attitudes, and opinions to make way for the new. To make way for happier and more joyful experiences. Why is practising forgiveness so critical?  It’s because you have many negative subconscious attitudes stored with your emotions. Attitudes that you are not consciously aware of. You need to relieve yourself of and free a lot of these old and buried emotions and attitudes. Through this release, your power of attracting “good” things increases.

When you have released, let go, and created a vacuum for your prosperity to enter, you need to do what you can to affect the feeling of abundance in your life. Think, say and act as if you are prosperous. Never think of yourself as being poor or needy. And as you create this vacuum and let go of what you do not want; as you use your current supply to meet your current needs; and as you live your life as richly as possible, rich results will come your way. Always think in terms of rich universal abundance that is everywhere. You need to learn to let go, to give up and to make room for the things that you want, that you are working for, and that you desire. When you cling to the old, you hinder your forward advancement into the prosperous life you deserve and are meant to experience.

Are You Responsible For Everything That Happens to You?

 

The following is a guest blog I wrote for my friend Nick Grimshawe, from Beautiful Summer Mornings. Thought you might like to read it. Enjoy.

BEING RESPONSIBLE FOR EVERYTHING

One of the most interesting concepts related to the Law of Attraction that I have learned to embrace is that I need to take responsibility.

I understand that I am responsible for all of the things that have happened, are happening, and will happen to me. Responsibility for everyone and everything that has come into my life and all of the circumstances and situations that I have encountered and the events in which I have participated.

Nevertheless, there is no blame: No blaming of myself or of others for what has happened to me.

Recently, in my spiritual readings, I encountered this truth again and again.

Abraham-Hicks, Mike Dooley, Catherine Ponder. They all say the same thing. That I am creating/manifesting my reality.

I’m currently re-reading “The Secret” and there again I am told that my mind is shaping my world around me.

A HARD PRINCIPLE TO ACCEPT: BEING RESPONSIBLE

Admittedly I found it to be a difficult principle to acknowledge since it went against everything I had ever been taught!

I am creating my own world. C’mon!

But once I accepted it, it was totally life-transforming.

Just the understanding that like attracts like. I attract that which I think about or focus on the most.

Each thought, word, or deed creates a vibration, which, acting like a magnet, is matched by others of the same or similar frequency. That as I set my intent, the Universe, through Law of Attraction, moves all matter of things [circumstances, people and events] to support me and provide me with that which I have chosen.

Upon being told that after 8 years of terrific results my contract as CEO would not be renewed I started to blame my employer.

Until I admitted that I created the situation, and I then took action to find other opportunities. Resulting in a Director’s position paying significantly more than I had been earning with my former company.

WHY I WAS TURNED OFF?

The first time I became aware of the concept of responsibility I was totally turned off!

What about people who are raped, robbed, abused, killed? I thought about people who live in horrendous circumstances or are ill or disabled in some way?

Did they choose that?

Well, yes, they created [or more accurately – co-created with others and the Source] all of it. Like I did.

I believe that some of the “situations” in which I found myself I had chosen prior to my birth, in advance of my current journey in time and space.

As I [or should I say my Higher Self?] prepared to don my earth suit for another round of incarnate adventures I had to make choices.

We are responsible for our choices.

I choose my parents, place of birth, gender, skin color, ethnicity, disability, and the like.

Just like each one of us has done to provide for the right circumstances for this [out of numerous] earthly experience.

IS IT CONSCIOUS OR ON AUTOPILOT?

You and I are constantly creating.

However, we do so consciously and deliberately, or do we manifest by default? On autopilot?

Most of the time we create by default, without giving much thought to it. Letting things happen the way they have always happened.

My intent, now that I understand how it all works, is to create my life consciously, since thoughts are things, and I want only the best for myself and others!

Now, the things we create we do not always choose consciously. Often our subconscious is manifesting the opposite of what our conscious, our aware self, wants.

Why?

Because we have been programmed from birth. We have developed self-defeating and pre-conceived notions and memes; negative patterns of behavior; limiting beliefs; self-destructive paradigms, mindsets and superstitions; hardwired attitudes and reflexive emotional reactions; unconscious habits and compulsions; automatic conditioning; and false assumptions.

LEARNING TO BE RESPONSIBLE: THE NEXT STEPS

So, what do we have to do? Where do we go from here?

Reprograming ourselves is our biggest challenge.

We need to pay attention to everything we think, say and do.

Each has consequences and outcomes, so we must make positive choices.

We have to monitor our feelings, since they are an indicator of what we are thinking, the frequency we are on. Our choices must be the ones that are good for us.

Yeah, I know – it sounds Pollyanna-ish. 

Realize that we are on an incredibly brief adventure here on planet earth. What we think of as reality is more like a dream. And the dream we create can be a pleasant one or a nightmare.

It’s our choice.

For some, this can be a very difficult lesson to swallow.

However, once digested and applied, it will make our lives much more enjoyable.

I’m personally working on being responsible, and improving every day.

I hope you are as well.

My wife and my kids can attest to my becoming a more responsible, happier and better person.

So, try to monitor your thoughts, words and actions.

Discard and release the negative ones. Replace them with positive energy.

Take baby steps!

Nevertheless, it won’t happen overnight. But you will find your gradual results to be truly rewarding.

Your Wheel Of Fortune

 

What the heck is a wheel of fortune? And anyway, why would you want to make one for yourself? Well, in a neat book by Catherine Ponder  called “The Healing Secrets of The Ages” there was a fascinating section on designing a “wheel of fortune”.

It’s “… a practical method for training the imagination to produce healthy results.” It’s “…a spiritual, scientific, psychological and practical way of helping you” to use the amazing picturing power of your mind too consciously employ The Law of Attraction. “Imagination is the power of conception and what you can conceive, you can achieve!”

It’s somewhat like making a Dream or Vision Board. You can see mine here in the Photo Gallery. You can also CLICK HERE for a video about Dream Boards by Jack Canfield.

Here are the steps, slightly modified from the ones noted in the chapter from the book. Easy peasy.

  1. Take a large piece of poster board and then draw a round circle in the middle almost touching the edges of the board.
  2.  In the center of the circle place a spiritual or metaphysical symbol representing a higher power.
  3. Starting from the center of the circle draw 4 lines to the edge of the circle, creating equal sized sections in pie shapes.
  4. Label each of the 4 sections: Career [or Business]; Relationships; Health; Wealth.  You can make a separate Wheel for each if you like, or focus only on one. In place of or in addition to the 4 labels suggested you can use family, love life, happiness, social, spiritual, intellectual/educational,  and the like. 
  5. Cut pictures out of magazines or print off photos, words, affirmations or phrases from the internet representing the results you desire in each of those aspects of your life. Paste them in the appropriate sections of your Wheel of Fortune. 

Now, consider these suggestions [adapted from Catherine’s book] on how to get the best results from using the Wheel.

  1. Don’t show it to anyone. Keep it private.
  2. Pick a big, colorful piece of poster board as background. a] green or gold for wealth b] yellow or white for spiritual c] blue for educational or learning d] orange or bright yellow for health e] red for love, marriage f] pink or baby blue for family.
  3. Use bright, colored pictures. 
  4. Don’t overdo it with clutter. Keep it simple.
  5. In the section on wealth, add real or play money.
  6. As your spiritual symbol you can use a picture of a holy book, a master/avatar, angel, sun-ray or whatever appeals to you.
  7. Add a statement about “receiving” and “allowing”. 
  8. Every day spend quiet, alone time focussing on the Wheel. Concentrate. A number of personal development gurus suggest spending no more than about 10 minutes per day visualizing your results. 
  9. Keep working at it. As you achieve results in one or more sections of the Wheel, you can remove the pictures and replace with something new.
  10. Consider making a new Wheel at the beginning of each year. Something like a Buddhist “prayer wheel”.

So, what do you think? I’ve been using a Vision Board for years, and have replaced a number of the pictures I initially placed on it, having achieved the results I wanted. But there is always more. As Abraham-Hicks says : “..it’s in the wanting.”

What Is There To Be Grateful For?

 

I got up this morning with a desire to go for a longer run than the one I usually do.  That’s the one along the top of the bluffs above the lake.
The sun was just starting to come up and the water was calm and blue. So, after the washroom thing, feeding the cat, taking my vitamins and supplements, turning on the coffee maker, and dressing for the cool weather, I ran to the end of the driveway and turned right instead of left.
I loped down the hill and headed out along the road through the woods and fields, eventually turning left to come back along the lake.

Some new beach homes were being built down there and they were huge and absolutely gorgeous. I started to feel jealous and got myself into a bit of a funk.
Once I realised that I was thinking negatively I forced myself to consider all of the good things in my life.

After running past some older cottages, I climbed the stairs back up the bluff and headed home. I grabbed some breakfast [bran cereal, seeds and nuts with almond milk] and a large cup of black coffee and sat down to write about all the great stuff I had in my life and for which I was truly grateful. This was above and beyond the couple of lines I write daily in my gratitude journal.
So – here goes.

The people, things, and circumstances for which I give thanks:
[It’s not necessarily in priority order nor is my list all inclusive :)]
My wonderful wife
Two great daughters, their husbands, and my 3 grandkids
Terrific acquaintances, friends, associates and mentees
Harley the cat and the other 4 pets we have had over the years
Extended family, including siblings, in-laws, cousins and aunts, nieces and nephews
Good health, proper weight, and a fit body
Angels and spirit guides who support and assist me
Ample good food, drink and snacks
A beautiful townhouse home in a friendly condo development, next to the pool, up on the bluffs overlooking the lake
A great time-share apartment up in the Muskokas 
World travel and winter vacations at all-inclusive resorts
My motorcyle, bicycle, and SUV
Plenty of  time to sing in a choir, read, listen to music,  play my guitar, attend theater, concerts, lectures, and trainings
An extensive library of books, magazines, tapes, CD’s and DVD’s
An entertainment center and work out area in the lower level [sounds better than basement]
Facebook friends, subscribers, and fellow motorcycle rider training instructors
The wonderful people in the AbundanceTogether community
Popular website and Facebook page
Multiple speaker stereo system
The spiritual community I belong to 
The 2 sided fireplace on the main floor 
Nice footwear and clothing
Attractive furniture, appliances, decorations, artwork
Furnace and air conditioner
Skills as a writer, trainer, teacher, mentor and speaker
Good pensions and a wonderful business
Savings and investments
Restaurant meals and take-out
Hikes and visits to galleries and museums
Clean water and fresh air
My office and associated equipment and supplies
Outdoor gardens, balcony, deck and porch
And on and on.

I am grateful, thankful and most appreciative for all of that and more.
I am blessed.
Who needs a huge fancy beach house anyway?

Creating A New Future With Affirmations

 

The following is an article by Reverend Ken Daigle that I recntly finished reading.
It’s called Affirming Your Way to Health.
Health can apply to your physical, emotional, spiritual, financial and interpersonal well-being.
It’s an adapted excerpt from “Return to Wholeness”, a booklet from Unity international.
Use affirmations to create the life you want and deserve.

Here goes:

Affirmations are one of the most powerful medicines you can employ.

What are affirmations? Affirmations are concise, positive statements of a new future unfolding in your life. Affirmations are the tool used by millions of people – from professional athletes to school-age children – to transform their lives.

When you clear out an old habit or change your behavior, affirmations help to ensure the vacuum you have created is filled with the new things you desire, rather than more of the old patterns you have just cleared out. When you create affirmations that are positive, present tense, and grounded in truth, you cannot fail.

These four simple tips have always helped me create affirmations:

I Am. I Am is one of the most powerful statements to focus your beliefs and funnel the power of the Universe on your behalf. The words that follow I Am are going to be seared into your consciousness and help you manifest in kind. I am strong and resilient.

Positive. I am vibrant. I am healthy and whole. I am beautiful and balanced. We sometimes do not even see how our negative thoughts are embedded in our lives. Be careful if you find yourself affirming: “I don’t let things get me down; I overcome adversity.” You might be subconsciously affirming struggle.

Present tense. Set your affirmations in the here and now. Vibrant health is mine now. I appreciate and honour my body. Be careful of verbs that limit or postpone you’re good. For example, “I will lose weight” or “Next year I will be healed.” That small word can keep your good away from you for it always will be and never is. Words have power, so be clear. For example, “I am getting better.” While this may be true, it can keep your wholeness at bay.

Grounded in truth. While your affirmations should challenge your entrenched beliefs, affirming what you believe to be false does not work. However, all you need is a tiny bit of faith for your affirmation to be powerful and transformative. Find some small part of you that knows the higher truth of your being and affirm that. What I am asking you to do is to shift your perspective to affirm the glass as half full instead of half empty. As Rev. Paul Hasselbeck says, “Faith it ‘till you make it! “

For example, you can state, I am healthy and believe it because you know you are living a vibrant, active life, and the diagnosis you my name you might have received does not limit your good. Are you in perfect health according to some medical standard? No, but by affirming I am healthy, you can open yourself to the areas where your body is thriving and open yourself to a state of appreciation and gratitude that allows your health to expand.

Claim your good right now by using the power of affirmations in writing. I know that one of the ways for me to remember something, to commit it to memory, is to write it down. I have often written out my affirmations longhand, over and over again, like the good Catholic schoolboy  that I was…

Claim your good right now by changing the words you speak. Words have power! Yet we use them so indiscriminately. “I am tired; I am worn out; I don’t have enough energy” are affirmations of the negative. Imagine what you could create by turning the spoken words around: “I am recharging; I am primed and ready; I have the perfect amount of energy.“

These alternative ways of using the power of your words may seem awkward at first, but experiment and find ways to make them your own, and you will experience the power within you to create health.

Step-by-step, affirmation after affirmation, we open ourselves to the power of God [Life] in our lives…

10 Steps to Attract the Life You Want

If I told you that you could create the exact type of circumstances you want, would you call me crazy?
What if your very thoughts could create ripples of change that not only impact your life…but those around you as well?

Philip, a call center worker from the Philippines certainly didn’t think so. He dreamed of moving overseas so he could secure a better life and provide for his family. 
But at every turn, his own mind shut down every opportunity he thought of. 
For instance, Philip considered seeing an immigration consultant, but he either “didn’t have the time” or “couldn’t afford it”.

It came as a complete shock to Philip – he never thought in a million years that making a simple shift in his thinking could have such a direct and POWERFUL impact in his life.

Step #1: A little gratitude goes a long way

The first thing you should learn about the Law of Attraction is that it operates on energy.
YOUR energy, to be exact.
Everyone has a different kind of energy they bring into the world, and it affects them in ways they often don’t see or appreciate.
The secret lies in the FREQUENCY of a person’s energy -and you need to raise yours in order to change your life.
Think of your unique energy as a sort of gas that fills the space of your reality. Whatever “gas” or “energy” you pump out into your immediate space will define your existence.

Viktor Frankl, a psychiatrist and Holocaust survivor, said this in his book, “Man’s Search for Meaning”:
“To draw an analogy: a man’s suffering is similar to the behavior of a gas. If a certain quantity of gas is pumped into an empty chamber, it will fill the chamber completely and evenly, no matter how big the chamber. Thus suffering completely fills the human soul and conscious mind, no matter whether the suffering is great or little. Therefore the “size” of human suffering is absolutely relative.”

So if you want to invite great things into your life, you need to set the stage first. And you can do that by leading with the right energy.
That’s why being grateful and appreciating what you have is powerful way to recalibrate your frequency.
Most folks hold off on feeling this way for AFTER they get what they want. But that’s putting the cart before the horse, as the saying goes.
When you LEAD with gratitude, it will act as the precedent for everything good that follows.

What I like to do is start off my day by making a list of things that I’m grateful for. If I miss anything, I save it for later and update my list at the end of my day.
And when I go over my list during the weekend, I’ll see exactly how much good stuff I’ve accumulated. 
This creates a kind of snowball effect and helps me attract even MORE good stuff down the road.

Step #2: Be generous

This can be a challenge for some people if they feel like there isn’t enough to go around.
But if you take the initiative to SHARE whatever you can without asking anything in return…you’ll generate the kind of energy that attracts prosperity for everyone…including YOU.
Again, this is the Law of Attraction at work. 
Try offering your time, talents and material wealth to those who need it – you’ll soon invite blessings without even trying.

Step #3: Visualize your future

What I find amazing about kids is how powerful their imaginations are. 
When they role-play with other children, you can see in their eyes how REAL their games are to them.
This is something that’s lost on grown-ups, and it’s important to recapture that ability to envision the kind of reality you want.
The Universe likes to play games with us- the better you are at visualizing, the more you’ll be rewarded. 
Like I said, a certain type of energy attracts a certain kind of reality. 
So if you focus your energy and thoughts on that dream job you want or the car you’ve always wanted to drive, you’ll raise your frequency to ATTRACT those exact things. 

Step #4: Let the negativity pass

When the bad times roll in and you feel like dirt, sometimes it’s better to step aside and let it run its course.
Having negative thoughts and emotions are totally normal, but you don’t always have to wrestle with them. 
You can simply acknowledge what’s going on in your inner world – then CHOOSE to keep moving forward anyway.
Let this negative energy pass through your system like a bad case of gas. The sooner you let it do its thing, the quicker you can get back to what you were doing.
(Sorry for the fart analogy, but it get the point across, doesn’t it?) 

Step #5: Never stop growing

It’s good to have a daily routine in your life, but not at the expense of your personal development.
Most people are so set in their ways that they’re afraid of the thought of doing something new. 
Then they complain about their humdrum lives, or that some folks “have all the luck.”
Breaking out of your comfort zone is never an easy thing, but it’s a step worth taking.
No matter how loaded your schedule is, find some chunks of time to do things that will help you grow. 
Whether it’s taking an online course, joining a community, or taking up a hobby, this is a powerful way to attract new and exciting things in your life.

Step #6: Avoid the “toxic” crowd

There are people who seem hell-bent on pulling others into their world of misery.
Whether they’re trying to lessen their own pain or simply enjoy doing it, you need to steer clear of them.
Instead, choose people who will have the opposite effect on your psyche. Not only does a person’s energy attract circumstances, it’s also CONTAGIOUS.
So make sure you hang out with the people who’ll inspire you to achieve greater things – and not bring you down with apathy or inaction.

Step #7: Give yourself permission to succeed

Most of the world’s most brilliant people were put down in some way. 
Somewhere along the way, someone told them they’d “never make it” or were “destined to fail.”
In your own life, certain people have tried to discourage you in some way. 
They might have tried putting you down when you were growing up – or it could have been last week.
It doesn’t matter.
What’s important is that you understand that NO ONE can put labels on you. 
And more importantly, they can NEVER give you permission to achieve what you want in life. You need to do that for yourself.
Don’t let their words define your “story”. You don’t have to fit whatever petty narrative they’re trying to force on you.

Step #8: Affirm who you are

Instead of feeding into the lies that people tell you, let this be the day to start living your truth.
Create statements that embody the truth you choose to be, AND to live in.
People do this all the time. 
When Elon Musk tried to launch the world’s first privately owned rocket and failed, he told himself, “I’m going to try again, and I WILL get that thing into orbit.” (Well, maybe not exactly like that, but you get the point.)
And so his company SpaceX went back to the drawing board and got it right after the third attempt. 
Elon affirmed his truth and it manifested into reality. In the same way, you can choose to affirm whatever truth applies to you. 
Be honest with yourself and acknowledge the things that TRULY matter to you. 
You know it, and the Universe knows it.

The key is to repeat it to yourself every day. For example, if you know deep in your heart that you want to make a better life for yourself, you can say something like this:
“I may be struggling right now, but I know deep inside that I have what it takes to improve my life. I see myself transforming into a happier, wealthier person who makes other people’s lives brighter.”

When you operate from even the tiniest shred of truth, you can grow that into a powerful force over time.

Step #9: Fail spectacularly

Here’s something most people don’t know about the Law of Attraction: before you can enjoy success and find true happiness, you need to crash and burn.
It’s better to go after what you want and risking failure rather than playing it safe and not trying at all.
To create order in your life, you’ll have to embrace the chaos that comes before it.
This is where you’ll find the real lessons, even if they hurt a little. 
(Or in some cases, a LOT).
Think of yourself as the beautiful Phoenix, like in the legends. 
Imagine burning off bits and pieces of yourself that you don’t need. As you rise from the ashes, you’re reborn into a NEW YOU.
That’s evolution. It may be an imperfect and unpleasant process, but the results are worth it.

Step #10: Remove your BIGGEST barrier to success

People don’t realize that their greatest roadblock is none other than their own mindset.
They may say they want something to happen, but don’t REALLY mean it.
For instance, someone might want to lose weight, but they don’t want it bad enough.
Worse, they might not actually believe they can shed those pounds. A part of them refuses to acknowledge the faintest possibility of it happening.
This is pretty much why people NEVER attract the things they want in life.
In order to remove this barrier, you’ll need to change something inside you. 
You need to dig deep and understand WHY you don’t want it as much as you say you do.
Are you scared of suffering through the process of getting what you want? 
This is what turns most people off – they simply can’t process the discomfort involved with growing up.
At the same time, you need to deal with the reasons why you think that your desired reality is impossible.
It could be some deep-seated beliefs brought about by past events, or experiences growing up. 
Once you sort this out, you’ll be free to do what you want without any pre-programmed beliefs holding you back.

The 5 Reasons Why You Are Worthy Of Wealth

This might sound a little strange… but do you truly believe that you DESERVE wealth?

Sometimes the number one thing holding people back from manifesting wealth is that deep in their subconscious minds, they don’t really believe that they are worthy of a financially-free life.

There are many reasons why someone may feel that they aren’t worthy of being wealthy, and we’ll get to these soon.

But what you need to know right now is that believing that you are deserving of a life of abundance is VITAL to being able to manifest all of the money and success you want.

Because attracting wealth doesn’t comes from living in fear of what you don’t want – being ‘poor’ and struggling – it comes from a place of self-love, acceptance, and belief.

So that’s why today, I want to share with you five reasons why you ARE worthy and deserving of wealth, and show you how you can break free from the false beliefs that are holding you back right now…

1. There is an abundance of money in the Universe just waiting for you to let it in.

First of all, there is no shortage of money in this world. There really isn’t.

Money is abundant, and there is plenty available for all who reach for it, including you.

Does this idea sound a little crazy to you right now?

If so, that’s OK. But it may mean that you are operating from a ‘scarcity mentality’ right now.

A scarcity mindset tells you that there is a lack of money to go around and a lack of opportunities to make money.

And when you believe that money is limited, you can start to compare yourself to others and find reasons why you ‘fall short’ – why you don’t deserve to have as much as others.

You feel anxious and helpless about your finances, and as a result you never move forward.

On the other hand is the empowering mindset of abundance.

You will be free from the fear and doubt that previously kept you stuck in a cycle of struggle, and open to a future of financial freedom.

When you train your brain to develop an abundant mindset, you will discover that there are ALWAYS new opportunities to make money, and that you deserve to have wealth just as much as everyone else.

2. Money has no prerequisites. You are already enough.

One of the things about having a scarcity mindset is believing that you have to be a certain kind of person to be wealthy.

For example, that you need to be top-of-the-class smart, have a career in dentistry or law, be a ‘trust-fund baby’, or a workaholic that never has time for fun.  

The truth is, wealth has no ‘prerequisites’ – ANYONE can become wealthy, no matter what their background.

And whether or not you realize it yet, you have your own special strengths and talents that have the potential to bring great wealth into your life!

In fact, you may not believe it right now but I guarantee that there is an opportunity waiting for you to turn one of your passions into a source of income… you just need to recognize it.

3. You are not limited by your past.

It doesn’t matter what has happened in your past, your age, or how ‘bad’ you may have been with money… you can still manifest a future of wealth and abundance!

It happened for me. At the lowest point in my life, I was $80,000 in credit card debt, literally living in my office, and on the brink of a nervous breakdown. I just couldn’t see a way out of it.

But now, I can happily say that I am a multi, multi-millionaire, free of all debt, and every day of my life is more amazing than I ever dreamed it could be.

How did I get from that point to this point? And, how can you transform your own life in the same way?

4. Everyone deserves the chance to live a rich, happy life.

Does that family down the road living in that 2-storey mansion and driving late-model BMWs really deserve wealth more than you do?

No way.

You, just as much as anyone, deserve the chance to live your richest, happiest life.

So if money troubles are preventing you from living that life right now – a life where you are free to live the way you want – then it’s time to look at your relationship with money and how it is affecting the energy you are producing.

If you are feeling unhappy, frustrated, or fearful about your finances, unfortunately these emotions will be causing you to manifest only more of what you DON’T want – more doubt, more fear, and more scarcity.

In this situation, trying to manifest wealth is like trying to plant a ‘money tree’ in poisoned soil… it simply won’t grow.

But if you can cultivate a mindset of abundance and self-love, this will be the foundation from which your financial success can flourish.

5. By manifesting wealth in your own life, you can help to enrich the lives of others.

One of the great things about having money is that you can use it to help others. Giving back to help others in need and spreading the message of abundance is incredibly rewarding.

One way you can do this is by donating money or resources to charity.

I personally support a number of charities – particularly the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society as my Mom died of leukemia and the American Lung Association as my Dad died of emphysema.

Another way to do this is by helping your children to develop an abundant mindset and educating them about managing money, so that they too can enjoy an abundant future.

Personally, through my work as a Clinical Hypnotherapist and wealth coach, I try to help as many people as I can to free their minds from barriers to wealth and experience the financial freedom they deserve.

You are worthy of wealth. You are deserving of wealth. And now, you just need to start believing it, so that you can start manifesting all of the wealth you deserve!
